With our flexible 7 day a week scheduling we can often schedule inspections in 24 hours or less. Preferred times for scheduling are 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 6:00 PM. A typical inspection will take between three and four hours.

You need not be present for the inspection, but we do need to meet with your beforehand to discuss and sign the contract.

We guarantee our work and offer to refund the inspection cost if you are not completely satisfied.
